Our Process
Our Philosophy
We favor clear scope, testable outputs, and clean handover — every time. Our process is designed to eliminate surprises and give clients full visibility at every stage.
Phase One
We begin by reviewing I/O lists, P&IDs, electrical drawings, network architecture, and acceptance criteria. We identify constraints early and align on deliverables before any work begins. Nothing is assumed — everything is confirmed.
Phase Two
We produce the engineering documentation: cause & effect matrix, alarm philosophy, screen list, control narrative, and test plan. Client approval is required before build begins. You know exactly what you're getting before we write a single line of code.
Phase Three
Implementation follows with version-controlled code development, internal peer reviews, and structured testing against the agreed test plan. We don't cut corners — every function is tested before it leaves our hands.
Phase Four
We support Factory Acceptance Testing and Site Acceptance Testing, close all punchlist items, and deliver a complete turnover package including as-built documentation. The project isn't done until you're fully confident in it.
