Proven experience leading teams or managing projects in a technical or industrial setting.
Ability to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
Strong communication skills for managing client expectations and building long-term relationships.
Comfortable making high-stakes decisions quickly in fast-moving project environments.
Holds high standards for the team and takes ownership of outcomes — good or bad.
BS in Engineering, Business Management, or related field. PMP certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
Oversee project execution from kick-off through client handover.
Coordinate between engineering, finance, and client teams to ensure alignment.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and risks and escalate issues as needed.
Build and maintain strong client relationships across all project phases.
Support business development and proposal preparation for new projects.
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
