Requirements
Background in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial reporting is required.
High accuracy in managing financial records, invoices, and project billing.
Proficiency in Excel, accounting software, or ERP systems is a plus.
Ability to analyze financial data and provide meaningful insights.
High standards of confidentiality and ethics in handling financial information.
BS in Accountancy, Financial Management, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and receivable for ongoing projects.
Prepare project billing statements and track payment collections.
Monitor project budgets and flag cost overruns to management.
Process payroll and ensure timely disbursement to all employees.
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with audits.
Ensure compliance with BIR tax requirements and government filings.
