Requirements
Understanding of procurement, inventory, and delivery coordination processes.
Ability to plan shipments, track deliveries, and meet project deadlines under pressure.
Careful tracking of purchase orders, shipment documents, and inventory records.
Experience working with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
Handles multiple deliveries and procurement tasks simultaneously without missing deadlines.
BS in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or any related field. Relevant work experience in logistics or procurement is a plus.
Responsibilities
Coordinate procurement of equipment, materials, and spare parts for projects.
Manage shipping, import/export documentation, and customs clearance.
Track delivery schedules and communicate status updates to project teams.
Maintain inventory records and ensure materials are available when needed on site.
Liaise with suppliers and freight partners to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery.
Support project managers with logistics planning for local and international deployments.
