Our OJT program gives students hands-on exposure to industrial automation — from PLC programming to site commissioning. You won't be filing papers; you'll be working alongside our engineers on actual projects.

Requirements
Currently enrolled in BS Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment and take on real responsibilities.
Comfortable working alongside engineers, technicians, and project managers.
Responsibilities
Assist engineers in PLC and SCADA programming tasks.
Support on-site commissioning and loop checking activities.
Help prepare technical documentation and project reports.
Learn hands-on wiring and control panel assembly techniques.
Observe and participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
Shadow senior engineers across different project phases.
